Prob been posted somewhere on here before but I couldnt find it in the search (+250 days). Checked Unverified, check verified.

There are two threads already running on Manchester University/UMIST:

The two universities have now merged, so I presume that there is now only one university in Manchester.

The two threads mention 0870 832 and 0870 839 prefixed numbers, so this appears to be a different system.

According to Ofcom, the prefix 0870 067 is allocated to TelXL Ltd and dated February 2002.
