Just booked a holiday online and they ask you to ring 0870 405 5025 to pay the balance. Does anyone know of a geographical number please.

Well their website here doesn't list an address from what I can see but they have a geo fax 0208 939 5030.

Without an address on their website it was harder to do a more indepth search but a 192.com search revealed:

020 82414000
020 82415000

192.com has the above numbers as Crystal Holidays, The Courtyard, Arlington Road, Surbiton Surrey, KT6 6BW.

If the above two geo's don't work try numbers nearby or try a few numbers nearby the fax number.

Thank you. Won't need to use it till the end of the month, but I've just checked that I can use the 0870 number through One Tel as I have their free weekend package and at the weekend, it's only 1.5p per minute, but thanks for checking anyhow. Appreciate it>

All landline networks offer cheaper calls to 0845/0870 at evenings & weekends.The cheapest supplier during these periods is normally BT.

Does anyone have an alternative number for Crystal Holidays who use 0871 231 3297? I tried the search engine on your webste but to no avail unfortunately. A lot of holiday companies seem to use these numbers now rather than more conventional ones. Any help gratefully received

I have tried the following number which I got after a more careful search

CRYSTAL HOLIDAYS, (Lakes and Mountains) 020 8939 0842.

This works a treat and we got through to the relevant department no bother, so you can add this to your approved/confirmed database list.
