I am looking for a number to speak to customer services for a company called  Brandt Group U K Limited. They sell Brandt/De Dietrich electrical products, in this case an induction hob, I have a geo number 01256 308000, however when I ring this I get a menu :-
For Service and to speak to customer service, redial 0870 0603230
For technical and consumer advise, redial 090 65862014, @ 60p per minute.

There is another number,01256 843485, for sales, but that does not ring and cuts off.
Also a fax No. 01256 843024

I have tried  bt.com-118500 directory enquiries, and 2 others,192.com  and ThomWeb only BT gives a number, as above 01256 308000, have also tried UKPhonebook.com but have lost my password although as the others I don’t hold out much hope.

The number in the database is as above leading to the menu 0870.

BT's 118500 website lists Brandt UK Ltd at the same address - (01256) 816017.

And also Groupe Brandt  UK Ltd (01256) 817146.

The trick with that site is not to put too much information in (I searched for the company name Brandt in Postcode RG and got 4 hits - 2 of which gave the 308000 number you mentioned).

Thanks for that,but the first number 816017, just goes to the same menu directing me to call again via the 0870, and the second number just dies without ringing just like the sales number in my OP

I am having the same problem when I try to contact them.

I am also unable to find an E-mail address for them.

My wife and I have now decided  that before we purchase any other item we will check the customer service number and if they use 0845 or 0870 we will not buy the item from them.

You can email them from HERE
but is it only their website email form.  But when I did that I never received a reply.

the 308018, Rachel Hitchens, is as you say marketing, but she did transfer me to there Home Ecomonist, Carol Potter,on 01256 308014, who gave me the general advice I was after

Which appears to show that their DDI numbers start 01256 3080xx.

I have various numbers for De Dietrich. (Brandt UK Ltd)
The number in the database 0870 0603230 is not one I recognise, I have numbers on a sale invoice ;-

Sales 01256 843485
Service 0870 600301
Accounts 01256 308000
Fax 01256 843024

This morning I have used 0121 7662212 which I am told is "repair care",(probably service?).
0121 7665414 which is spares/sales

I have 2 other numbers that go direct to certain people;-

01256 308014 Carol Potter, home economist.
01256 308018, Rachel Hitchins, marketing, I am pretty sure both of these will put you through to any department.
