I wonder if anyone could assist with a geo number for:

British Gas - Customer Relations Dept,
Aylestone Road,
Leicester,
LE2 7QH

0845 075 3336

I have searched on 118118.com, Googled and even used Yell.com!

Any suggestions / help would be greatly received.

I assume you've tried numbers already in the database?

A 192.com search revealed the following geographicals for British Gas at that address as follows:-

0116 250 3000
0116 250 3400
0116 250 3391

If you haven't already tried these then ring and act dumb and apologetic and say you must have dialled wrong number or the phone systems got messed up and ask could they please transfer you.

I usually find the above works fine most of the time.

Cheers for the info bbb_uk. I have tried two of the numbers in database and have acted acted dumb when I have spoken to two of BG's staff, however you still get snotty stuck up staff at BG who will not transfer you! It would be a bloomin good idea, if the likes of BG got their act together and realised that they are ripping off us the consumer. I will try those numbers, that you have very kindly obtained from 192.com.

0116 250 3400 is a voicemail for someone at B Gas - that's no good for me!!!

0116 250 3391 is the number for the National Park Centre.

Hi there bbb_uk.

I have finally got two geo numbers for British Gas - Customer Relations Department

0845 075 3336 diverts to 0116 250 3315

The other number is: 0116 202 1174

Both of these geo numbers are live ( in use ) and I hope, that Dave could very kindly put them on the database. The only reason, that I know these numbers are live, are I have a letter from BG and also Michael from the Customer Relations Department phoned me at work regarding a dispute and he gave me the second number.
