That 0871 number is not in the database but the below are:

Demon - 0845 2720660 - 020 8371 1000 - Switchboard - ask for dep't required; also 0845 2720666 ~ Website

Thanks Heinz,

I had already used the database to ring support helpdesk who sent me on this particular run-round and indeed I had checked that this particular number wasn't already listed!

I'll have a go via switchboard (but am anticipating that they will advise me to call on the 0871 number!)
