I have signed up for this service. So far it seems good and I have not had any evident problems, except knowing exactly when the service started! Calls in the evenings and at weekends are free up to 90 mins. If you go over the 90 mins you will be charged so be careful.

Their web site leaves a lot to be desired in navigatibility and operationality though.

Yes, it's not the best I've seen but advice from MSE led me there in the first place and it got me where I wanted to go (to the Primus offer I already knew about) and will pay me £12.50 for switching through them instead of doing it by phoning up myself.

I can suffer a 'could do better' website if it works and pays me!
