Does anyone know the alternative number for the O2 Returns Helpline ? I tried other numbers from the list of this site but they are not the Returns HelpLine.

The number is: 0870 225 0208

Hi has anybody got a geographical for this number please? They're based in South Manchester, and the normal resolution of going via the O2 switchboard 0113 272 2000 didn't work as they don't have them listed. Thanks. Foxy.

Just wondering if anyone knows an alternative number I can ring for the above, I have tried 0800 5874715 but the lady said i had to ring the 0870 number as she doesn't deal with returns.

Do you know the address for returns? Foxy says that they're based in South Manchester.

Sadly no I don't >:( They wont give me the address over the phone or in email I have to ring the other number instead.

I work for O2, the Returns Department is outsourced to a company called LBM in Belfast, but with that said calls are sometimes routed to Bury / Preston /Cardiff when LBM are busy / closed.

None of us have the geo number for it, but from 27th April all calls to an O2 0870 number, made from an O2 Pay Monthly mobile phone, are not charged. You'll only be charged if you call from a landline / non-O2 mobile.

Alternatively, do as the DB suggests, call 'Select' customer services and they WILL put you through. 08005874715.

Any address given to you will be in Normanton (WF1), but this is simply a warehouse.
