just got of the phone from onetel to discuss bill used 0800 number listed on this site and at the end of my call he demanded to know what number i had dailed to get through to him so i quoted the 0845 8182029 their premuim  number at which he replied that i must have been mistaked what number i dailed and again asked at which i repeated the above number he then stated that i would be called again reference how to contact them in future (0845)etc, post this to you because i dont know how to post but thought i would message you having read your past comments and wondered if you could post it for me if it is deemed important enough.please feel free to email me on charlton451@hotmail.com as i am whole hearted against this comsumer rip off.Thanks and God Bless.

It annoys me that when you need customer services with these big companies they want you to pay the 0845/0870 charges to sort out their wrong doings or mistakes,they should scrap these hated numbers immedietely!
