You really aren't going to believe this but Ofcom have launched another significant telecommunications consultation on Number Portability and technology neutrality.

I think the idea is to bring about consultation fatigue in the world at large so that no one will want to bother responding any more! ::)

I have a terrible feeling there are issues in this consultation that we will also need to comment on.
