At the moment - how long will it last? - Abroadtel have UK mobiles available via an 0845 number

They have had a Halloween promotion of mobiles via an 0844 1p/min number. I don't know if this is still available, but part of the promotion is still on the site, with sound effects!

... and is there another company I don't remember that allows 0845 via 0844 2p/min?

Yes you could use the www.dialaround.co.uk 0844 access number to access the Abroadtel 0845 at peak rate for 2p a min.

If the offer went on long enough you could register the 0845 number as your bt friends and family number,and get a cheaper rate E&W.

You can also access cheap landline to mobile calls from Abroadtel by dialling 08448 960 003 3p a min.

Dont forget you must dial the mobile number in full intl format.
