So how exactly did this target manage to slip by a further whole month. :o  Of course it is noticeable that Geoff Brighton was the only person there and that the rest of the well paid Ofcom crew were clearly all away on summers hols in their Mediterranean villas.

It was of course entirely unrealistic to ever expect publication of the consultation in August when everyone was away on holiday.  Unless of course Ofcom had thought they could possibly justify rushing it through as another 2 week consultation. >:( ::)
