Now WHO are they; WHERE are they based; WHAT do they do; do they have a WEBSITE; how about a FAX number ?

WHICH places exactly have you searched on so far to find nothing !? Have you got an account with them, if so is this number the ORDERLINE or CUSTOMER SERVICES ??

But while collecting this info I came across a geographic number on http://www.pricerunner.co.uk/retailer/ - 0208 861 9600 - checked it & it connects to their office. Maybe worth adding this to the database!

The company has recently moved from Sentinel House, Poundwell Street, Modbury. PL21 OXX to their new base at Newton Abbott. The numbers you gave are not for either Newton Abbott (01626) or Modbury (01548) so I can only guess that they have London redirection numbers for some reason, possibly for other websites they manage. I will look into them but for now I have most of the information needed.

Clientbase Fulfilment Ltd ONLY run the Call Centres for them at the two sites. The Newton Abbott centre is for the Daytime calls, and the Modbury centre services the Evening calls

Best Directs website is one of many that they do, all for TV channels. One that I found was PIA Jewellery

By Googling alone I found two Fax numbers for the Modbury centre - 01548 831074 and 01548 832001.
Making further educated guesses, I easily found the call centre numbers on 01548 832004/5/6/7.  Evenings only!!

I will continue to research those for the Newton Abbott site and post them here when I can.
