Red Direct is part of the Red Womens Magazine.  The customer service number is 0870 600 6020 but I cannot locate the geographical number.  I imagine it should be 01993 something like their fax number.

OK starting to answer my own question.  Postcode is leading to a company called Braywood.  www.braywood.co.uk who as well as being contact for Red Direct are also for Science Museum Store!

The contact page gives the fax number of 01993 779 002. It also gives an e-mail redcustomerservices@braywood.co.uk.

The address is a PO Box, so it's not the physical location of the company.

Looking at the registration information for braywood.co.uk (here), gives us the address:

Using Google to search for numbers near to the fax (01993 779002) throws up some results which aren't Braywood, so I think that it's just one number on it's own and not a clue to a prefix they have. This page is just an example.
