Title: Do you use UKI a.k.a. UK Insurance Partnerships? Post by Sonny on Dec 2nd, 2005 at 7:34pm
I was complaining to someone at UKI the other day that I had been subjected to a time-consuming 0870 call delay. Our database has several 0870 numbers for UKI.
The gentleman said that he understood they only took a 1p share of the 0870 call profit (hahaha). He also stated that they are planning to migrate all calls into UKI onto an 0845 number over the next 12 months. He felt he should mention that although mine was an 0870, some companies represented by UKI are currently contacted via geographical numbers, but he couldn't think of any when I pressed him... Please does anyone out there contact a UKI insurer through a geographical number? I value your replies, 'cos I can then go back to this UKI manager and tell him a few things further. Sonny |

Yes, I do. Quote:
I would prefer it if you didn't tell him what it is as he may have it stopped. :-/ |

No problem Dave, was merely wanting to establish that the UKI guy was being accurate when he mentioned that some of UKI's insurers only quote geo numbers.
Thanks for the info! Sonny |
