You have our customer service dept listed 0870 9909907 (Smeg UK Ltd.) and give the alternative as 01235 828355.  in fact that's someone's direct line & if lots of people ring it as a result of you giving out the wrong number then they will just get the engaged tone, which is not good.

I accept that you may diagree with the principle of 0870's but we genuinely do it to route calls more effectively.  Obviously I won't be able to change your mind about listing our company but at least please change the number listed to the correct one - 01235 828390

Also in the "other info" section of our listing you have 0870 9099100 as our service company and give 01235 828300 as an alternative.  Please delete this as it's the number for trade sales and they will not be able to transfer you.  Please use the same number as above.
