The strange address you quote is obviously one of those boxes which doesn't physically exists.  The Royal Mail PostCode website shows the PostCode doesn't relate to an address.

However, a Google search for 'holland & barrett direct line 01283' produces a number of hits.

One includes:

Additionally, there are 3 entries in the Unverified Listing.  The first and second are really just duplicates of each other but the last appears a possibility - having the correct (01283) STD code and appearing to be a DDI number based on the 01283 560000 number above.

I used the number provided on the site today - 01283 560011 - instead of the 0844 number given by the company. It does take you through to customer services and as stated you do need to press '4' to get to the correct department.
