I've found this 10 minute streaming video explaining the FOI Act in detail, courtesy of those nutcases at Swansea University (yes, I'm still battling with them to get those geographical numbers!).

Institutions are encouraged to include this introductory video as part of induction and general training programmes.It is suggested that by getting staff together into a lecture theatre where the video can be streamed, the video can be used as a component of introductory training on the institution's Freedom of Information Act obligations.
