There is a geographical number in the database but thats for SALES only. Customer Services is different number.

Which number have you tried, there are two.  ::)

01270 211999 is marked sales
01270 504400 is labelled customer services and answers "Thank you for calling One Stop Phone Shop customer services..."

Yes they are listed on this site in the verified database.

Go to the search page and type in the Company box one stop

I presume you typed OneStopPhoneShop (without spaces). This brings up the sales number because it is the only entry with the website address, which contains that text.  ;)

osps seem to have changed their phone numbers. i tried 01270504400 but seem to be placed in a line and after 10 mins i give up waiting because i have the feeling there is no one at the other end to answer and i don't have that many free mins.

i got hold of osps through the cpw switchboard but when i asked to be put through cashback they told me to call an 0871 number and that they didn't have any other numbers (why would they, there's an 0870 one!!! ::)). the number they advertise on their site is 0871 522 3404

btw, they seem to have taken down their casback web page @ www.onestopphoneshop.co.uk/cashback

According to 192.com, the number for them is 01270 211 999. However, their fax number is 01270 504 433 (which would match the geographic you gave before). You could try ringing that number and see if you can get through that way.

Well I'm very sorry to tell you but that number works fine. I called it myself last week so I know it does work, 1st hand. What you've got to realise is that irrelevant of which number you call, NGN or Geo, if there's lots of people calling you're gonna have to wait, be it 1 min, 10 min or half an hour. You will have to try & call at some other time. A long wait doesn't make a wrong number

As for the Carphone Warehouse link, as long as you're nice to them, they will pass you through to One Stop Phone Shop without any problems.

yes i know. i am passed to osps but not to the cashback department. the customer service department used to deal with most of my cashback queries (if not all) and would be transferred to other departments but now i'm told i have to phone an 0870 number. i always go through carphonewarehouse for one stop but now it's one stop who don't want to transfer me.

i'll try the geo number again on monday (they used to be open on saturdays as far as i remember).
