As Skipton is a small market town I thought this query may be connected with others in the town. I searched the forums for the first part of the postal code, BD23 in the hope that it would bring up relevant threads.

Have a look at Kensington Mortgages as it resides at the same address with the same post code.

I also found threads on two other companies, Capital One Bank and Heritable Bank which operate from PO Boxes with BD23 postal codes.
