does anybody know of an alternative no. for comet pc. extended warranty help line. the no. i have just now is 08706062633. :)

Also, what make of PC is this for? Do you have a contact address, for example in the PC's instructions? Does it mention Aon, the company that appear to provide Comet's warranties?

thanks dave, yes i have tried the data base etc. the help line is for customers who have extended warranties on their computers. all the people i have spoken to on this line have irish accents. i have been trying various ways to get an alt. no. over the last three months. thanks again for your help.

I wanted to contact the above helpline to get my laptop repaired under my extended warrantybut when I dialled in the number I found myself talking to tech help instead.

I dialled 0870 6062633 and got through to the right place, Still cost me a fortune but at least i may just grt thr old laptop fixed! [smiley=bath.gif]
