Does anyone know Air Miles switchboard number? Thanks

They appear to have two main offices: Warrington (Customer Services) & Crawley (Registered & Head Office).  Here are the Crawley details, courtesy of DMA:

Otherwise, a google with the specs of "airmiles 01293" , to include their std code, gives several numbers for several departments. But the common theme is the number is 01293 722 2**
So perhaps try 200, and go from there

If anyone else is interested, here's some feedback:

Nigel G is in charge of customer data but that number went to Business Change and Technology.

The 515700 number sounds unobtainable.

01293 722200 was answered with 'Adam's phone'.... but they did give me the number of a helpful PA who said that all customer and travel issues were dealt with from Manchester - which is an 0870 number (argh!).....

The MD there is a guy called Chris Jansen and they do apparently all have geographic direct dials but she wouldn't give any to me and said someone would call me back this afternoon.

Googling "Airmiles 0161" to get the manchester address gave the below address with an 0870 number.
Putting the postcode into uk info gave this

I know it's an incredibly stupid question but did any of you ever think of looking in the database for their numbers ?? :-/

We have at least 8 alternatives for them, the switchboard included.

Yes!  The first thing I did was look in the database - and in the unverified database - and I found nothing!   :'(

I guess I must have looked for "air miles" in the main db, but I can't remember!
Altho' I notice that searching for "air" also does NOT find "AirMiles" - altho' it does find "Airline", "AirParade", "Airperx", "Airport", etc..

Perhaps you could remove the "The" from the front of the company name, so that searching for "air" might find "airmiles"?  :-?

In the unverified db, I searched for "air", but that returned too many; and then for "miles", but that found nothing appropriate.

Are you able to make the search algorithm to optionally ignore spaces?
It would also help if the two DBs were combined and individual entries were falgged as verified or not.

We dont appear to have another means of reaching these people, and whilst they give their general 0845 number for the Lloyds TSB platinum travel service, the website says that to book airport parking service or lounge benefits we must call 08444933357 - although in practice and with patience selecting through the options one can reach the Airmiles company through the 0845 number - but again, not through a geographic number
Any ideas?

There is a number for overseas callers here http://www.airmiles.co.uk/tertiary/customerServices.do which is 01925 848 693.

Might be worth a try as long as you withold your number.

Wow, that was quick. They told me there was a number to dial from overseas but added that if it gets a call from UK it will tell the caller to re-dial the 0844 in order to keep the line free for emergency calls from abroad. So, keying 141 first I called the number you found, and the machine offers a choice of emergency from overseas, or any other service, and the later loops right into the normal choices. Bingo. Thank you for prompting me to push that bit harder!

I've joined your thread to the existing one for AirMiles. It's often worth looking for entries on the company in question, and this is no exception as we had a few entries for it.

Following your posting, I've tidied up the entries for AirMiles, including replacing the 0870 (now out of service) with new 0844 rip-off numbers.

I have also added an entry linking 0844 493 3357 with 01925 848693.
