Anyone able to locate the quote / customer service number for esure (0845 603 7874).  I have located an alternative number (0845 6037879 - 0141248 3311), but that just rings out and the tlephone number on the website for reception cannot - will not transfer me)

Lots of alternatives for esure car insurance here at saynoto0870 but still nothing for the main customer service at 0845 603 7874. I'll need to phone them soon and I'll try some of the alternatives listed such as 0800 434 6089, 01737 222222 and 0800 0282498.

Does anyone have any recent experience of phoning their customer services? If I get a good result I'll report back.

currently these numbers work:

0800 200 370 (answers as Halifax, just ask for esure)
0141 248 3377

0141 248 3377 as suggested by Lompos worked just fine today.

Did you have to be put through to customer services? This 0141 number is verified as "Glasgow call centre switchboard" so may be suitable for many Esure enquiries.

Did you try any other verified or unverified numbers and if so, what did you find?

Seemed to be reception. He answereed "esure" or something like that. I said what I wanted to do and he cheerfully put me through to customer services.

That was the only number I tried.

Both 0141 248 3377 and 01737 222 222 answer with identical recordings that they are currently closed, so they may be able to be used interchangably.
