I have been given a number of 0845 603 1471, which is apparently a number assigned by their 'serviced offices', suggesting that the landlord is someone like Regus. The address is apparently City Square, Leeds.

Any ideas as to how to find out the underlying 0113 number, anyone?

Their site http://www.wh-ireland.co.uk/contact/ does not list a Leeds branch.
UK Info for City Square, Leeds brings up a few stockbroker / financial institutions, but not W H Ireland.
A UK search on UK Info doesn't give anything for Leeds. They appear to be Manchester based, as many other sites confirm

It's actually a small team from somewhere else who are under their umbrella. I'll try to find out more - in the meantime, thank you very much for your help.
