What are you unclear about?? "Please read the instructions" sounds fairly explicit! Some of the instructions are: Quote:
You still haven't provided an address: just "a PO Box address in Gloucester". If you want us to help you, please help us!!! |

I may have misunderstood the purpose of the forum but I simply supplied a number (0870 041 0163) in my original post for which I was looking for an equivalent 01 number.

I must point out that members of this forum do not have lists of 0870 numbers with their equivalent geographical numbers. It is pure detective work on our part, mainly from the internet. The information is therefore freely available to anyone. The steps outlined in the instructions are the same steps anyone would take, including myself. Thus, when someone gives a non-geographical number (and a company name, maybe) they are apparantly expecting forum members to fill in some, basic, missing pieces. Some basic information types have been listed by trevord, above. The purpose of the forums is to find alternative numbers by pooling members' knowledge and findings, including yourself, the requestor. If the requestor has some information (such as an address) and doesn't post it, other members will have to find that information. So for members to spend some of their time to help someone find a number, it is befitting that the requestor helps as much as he/she can. |

That's better, thanks. :-)
The contact page is here and gives the 0870 number you quote and a geographical fax number 01452 751043. The address is: Endowment Justice Limited D1, Churcham Business Park Churcham Gloucester GL2 8AX It also gives the company's registered office: Stanley House 27 Wellington Road Bilston West Midlands WV14 6AH Company Reg. No. 4792722 A search of 192.com nationwide for endowment justice reveals only one hit; EJ's registered office, but no telephone number. According to The Phonebook Companion, the fax number (01452 751043) is on Minsterworth, Gloucester exchange, which is about 1 mile from Churcham, so I think that is where the phone number will go to aswell. A check of EJ website on Internet Archive shows that they've used the 0870 since at least 2003. |
