This pre pay credit card,is issued through the Moneyshop.Through a company called "Broadcastle bank ltd",the customer service number, is 0870 6092075..You get through to an automated system, that really keeps you on the line for a long time .Anyone know a cheaper or "local"rate number,if there is one..?

Hi bladerider,

I've merged your thread with an existing one for CashPlus. Both cards are owned/operated by the Advanced Payment Solutions (APS) Group.

The unverified database lists a few numbers for this group as follows:-

020 7868 5020
020 7868 5000 (switchboard/reception I assume)
020 7100 5907
020 7868 5039 (as found by AVNM above)

Please try one of these and let us know how you get on and which one worked/didn't work and whether they transferred you or it was a direct line.

Ok thanks i'll try those numbers, it seems there are 2 cards, run by the same company.. Titanuim and cash plus..?

None of these numbers work unfortunately :( The phone is answered but all you are told is that cashplus and APS moved out 12mths ago and can I ring 0871 277 5599. Strange how they know to ring that number?
