The contact page gives 0191 501 3878 for use when calling from overseas. I suggest you try this. Depending on whether they check you are calling from abroad when calling it, you might want to withhold your number by dialling 141 first.

Looked on the search and sniffed around online not much luck so any clues to a 01 or 02 nuber would be great:

on their website they give two alternative numbers for customer services: 0870 331 335 and for callers from abroad 44 (0)191 501 3878.

Suggest you ring customer services on their geographic number 0191 501 3878 but prefix it with 141 so that they don't know that you are not calling from abroad.

Note that the premium rate order line number (0870 331 333) only differs from the customer service number (0870 331 335) in its last digit. There is a good chance that if you ring the geographic number they will either take the order or put you through to the sales people.

Thanks thats great I missed that one, I use 1899 any how so they will not see the number, according to friends I call in 1899 they say the caller display never shows.

Just tried it with no pre-fix as I can not add that from here (work) I got straight through and they just said welcome to the natural collection how can I help you :-)

yes of course. On the Home page, top right, "click here to add a new alternative number"

The number will initially be in the unverified database (which can be accessed from the bottom of the "seach to find an alternative number" page) and once it is checked it will be in the main database
