Seems that once you go through the options (for someone with an existing mortgage) using the geographical number posted on this site (01618294621) that a message then tells you to redial using their 08456089089. Is there no way around this? Does anyone know?

From 192, you could try and speak to whoever answers and say you can't use 0845 on your phone because all the expensive numbers have been blocked, can they help.
