If you were able to provide better details, as the instructions told you, in bright red at the top of the page, when you requested help, then perhaps we could help you better.

Just the number is not always good enough.
As it is, this info comes up.

Misspelt in original. The company is Anovo.

Anovo are responsible for the repairs for many companies, inc Pace Micro & Philips. A general look through various sites shows that you shouldn't hold your breath when dealing with them.

I did go thro the procedure but nothing comes up for Philips or the no. Even went thro the google search but nothing - sorry if I did it wrong. :-[

So what is the number for? The thread that a very nice man directs you to tells you to post information on what the 0870 number is. Philips is a big company. I assume you are referring to Philips Electronics.

Yes it is Philips - I am having problems with a TV I bought 2 months ago and this is the no to ring for technical help - I was wondering if there was an alternative no which was cheaper. I know I can go back to where I bought it but there site is unobtainable ??? :-/

Read a very nice man's post again. He has posted a number for Annovo, who it appears this number is for.

A NOVO web site shows the number 0161 654 1400 they wont transfer calls to help line , so if anyone could help that would be fantastic , philips flat panel repair helpline manchester
