I would like to know the alternative number for a mobile phone telesales company that describes itself as a "3G-Supplier".  I am keen to block it but my mobile company tell me that they can't help. I am concerned that my son may inadvertently call these people back.   I have no idea who the company is.  The number is 08702 259259

A google search didn't reveal much on the telephone number so unless there are other search methods then it would be hard to find.

Register with TPS.  If the call originates from within the UK, doing so is your best chance of stopping them.

the TPS site is unhelpful in this respect.

The reason for my query is that I want a number for this company that doesnt cost me to opt out.  I have no idea who the company is that seems to claim that it has my prmission to text me.  I always opt out whenever I fill in a form so I can only assume it has received my number from a company taht has not behaved correctly.,

A suggestion:

ring the telesales company on their 0870 number in a cheap period (evening, weekend), find out who they are and once you have a name, and hopefully also an address, it will be much easier to track them down and search for a geographical number.
