the phone numbers ive tried on the main site mfor online services, are either not being recognised or just ring and ring
does anyone have any other alternatives?

Hello gabbyevs, can you provide more information?

Which numbers are not recognised and which numbers ring unanswered? We can then remove those that are no good from the database.

Also, is this Pay & Go Online CS or Pay Monthly CS (if both exist)?

sorry for being vague

its o2 monthly online member services- 01349 885040 and 01349 887193/4/5

all these dont work and i cant find anything else

What are "member services? Is that customer services?

In the unverified list we have 0800 5874715 which is labelled as being "Online Customer Care".

anyone know of a helpline for PAYG Online customers??? I have a 50ppm number but the alt in db is not working.......

Any help would be appreciated

o2 Online PAYG c/s have merged with normal o2 PAYG customer services so just ring normal o2 c/s and you'll be ok.
