As a so called Intermediary (fancy name for mortgage salesman) I have to face 0845s continually as previously mentioned. My prepaid calls are through Utility Warehouse, so non geographic calls are hurting me financially sometimes by as much as £100 pcm - it really is no joke (and I aint laughing)

However, the King of the 0845 hill probably has to be Norwich Union - and the problem here is that you can call anywhere in the UK, you just would not know and they are not telling.

Abby Plc are coming up a close second, and even Nationwide are not shabby when it comes to playing the telephone number game (in spite of their ad).

Any ideas on any or some of these little rascals?
