To register one calls 08706003009. This is ANSWERED and you are told you are in a queue. After TEN minutes contact was made with a human and the transaction sorted.
I complained about the rip off, stating that if they couldn't deal with the call, then let it ring, - don't charge me for being told I'm in a queue, - I already know that! BT emailed to say sorry and also to tell me that - "You can call BT mobile for free by dialling 150 from your landline handset and ask to be transferred" Thought you might like to know this one. |

Thanks for that. Am I correct in saying that you are with BT Mobile (and not O2)?
