Hello. I've been trying to get in touch with these people for a while through their contact form on their website but am not getting any replies.

The only telephone number on there is a workgroup sales number (+1 866 GO-XDRIVE) which I don't want to call as it's media related and I doubt I'll get anywhere.

Was wondering if anyone else here had a direct line number for these people, the fact it's in the US doesn't matter, but if it's a non-premium rate number all the better, as I can use the free calls on TalkTalk to call them and get my refund.

If the address given on whois is the head office, then it looks as though numbers start 310-586-71xx. Indeed, a Google reveals quite a few sites that list (310) 586-7115 for Xdrive.
