The Laura Ashley store card (I assume that this is what the enquiry is in connection with) is operated by GE Capital (see here). GE Capital (or GE Money as it now likes to be known) has offices in Leeds that use similar PO Box numbers. I would put money on the Leeds address going to the GE Money offices. Perhaps some VCS staff are based there.

GE Money's number is 0113 2807080. More numbers listed on 192.com aswell as Google.

The only website for Viking Collection Services is www.vikingservice.com which is for Viking Collection Service Inc in the US.

Well my 118.com search reveals that the following companies operate at that address:-

As Dave mentions Laura Ashley Store cards are actually operated by the GE Capital/GE Money group so therefore if GE Asset Management Ltd is apart of this same group (which the name would indicate this), then there is a good chance GE Asset Management Ltd (or another company operating at same address in the 192.com search) is trading as Viking Collection Services Ltd.

The only thing that contradicts this newly found address is the PO Box address in Leeds as mentioned in the OP.

GE Money's number is 0113 2807080, When I asked for Viking, the operator actually said "maybe", very reluctant to give any more information other than 0870 513 4601.

Off to try another route.

GE Money card services 0208 1810000 I asked to be put through to Viking. I was transfered to another operator, she informed me that Viking was a partner company, however once again given the 0870 number.
