Sorry about the title Dave. Have just looked at other thread and I need to point out this is not the main thomas C or TC Direct but specifically for FlyTC.com. Interestingly the one time I did get through to them they told me that TC Direct are in the same room but use 0871 111 111. And although Direct can book the same flights, wait for this, one flight I enquired about today is £100 dearer with Direct than Fly TC.com.

Checking the database again, there is an entry for 0870 1111111 (you are 1 digit short) and it gives 01274 387425 which is a Bradford number.

He he you noticed my deliberate mistake lol.

This telephone number goes through to a recording with options, but they sound as though they're not for the end customer to call. Still, it looks as though numbers begin 01274 387xxx

Are there any other clues like a geographical fax number?

I dont have anything more. The flythomascook.com website / dept is really mainly for online booking, in fact they make it nigh impossible to find a tel number in the first place. My booking is not straighforward so I need to talk with them as well. Their call centre is very understaffed and so there are veryyyyyyyyyyy long waits if you even get to talk to anyone at all, I have twice been cut off after 15 mins of waiting, whereas I can get through on the TC Direct number within minutes.
Its soooooooooooo frustrating.

Which is the address DaveM quoted in the other thread, including a phone numbers.

Yes I went back after I posted and saw. Rang them 01733 417000, were closed but the options given were office based or emergencies :(

I have been trying to contact them too to advise them of a person with special needs on the booking form.

I have been given the run around-so will write to them.

Unless anyone has a number for their newcastle airport desk-they must be making a fortune from these high priced numbers.

I have found an alternative number to the 0871 number given by Newcastle International Airport (0871 882 1121) as on the SNT0870 Database: 0191 214 3305

According to their website - http://www.newcastleairport.com/airportfacilities/passengersofrestrictedmobility.htm they advise to call them regarding passengers with restricted mobility or special needs.

Alternatively if your trying to contact Thomas Cook perhaps try the online "chat" facility - http://www.thomascook.com/customer-services

Thos Cook must be the worst company in the world to find someone to speak with. I eventually contacted someone who suggested writing my complaint and posting it to Customer Relations in Bradford. I did this on October 29th and am still awaiting a response. I`m now trying to find an alternative number for thomascook-santander in an effort to obtain the 8% off holidays with Santanders 123 account. What a total waste of time. >:(

The numbers given for Fly Thomas Cook customer services do not work. They are 01274 387707 and 01733 842110. Are there any others? It must be for querying the cost of an existing booking to try to get a partial refund.

Interestingly there was one entry which was labelled "Thomas Cook" but contained the 0871 number associated with Fly Thomas Cook and which I've coloured blue. The number listed within it, 01274 728466, answers as Thomas Cook so might be worth a try. If it works I will re-instate the entry, giving it verified status.

There also remains entries for Thomas Cook Airlines, which I suspect might have since been rebranded as Fly Thomas Cook. These are all unverified and are:
