Is 020 02009366 a geographical number?

I just called it using my O2 phone but the price was not included in my free weekend minutes to geographical 01/02 numbers and other O2 mobiles. :-?

Yes it is. It is a "national dialling only" number, which is being discussed here.

Looks like I will have to contact O2 and ask why I was charged for it then. >:(
