I have tried your guide without success and we are looking for an alternative to 0870 111 8180. This is a ladies dress firm (mainly mail order) and the address is Penny Plain Ltd., FREEPOST RLYS-GSXE-TJBA, Washington, NE38 0AE. Is there any help out there please?

I tried the Penny Plain Clothes Catalogue number on Saturday. It did work, and albeit an answephone, it accepts orders both for catalogues and goods. From the message it seems that on weekdays there is a human at the end of the line.
