UK info has no listing for him there.

The distance between both addresses is about 200 yds across a patch of grass.

A BT search for A Brain (been looking for one for ages!) in Redditch gives its nearest option of

This is about 8.5 miles from the previous 2.

Googling G7comms gives several references, most poor. This one, http://www.70mhz.org/forum/profile.php?mode=viewprofile&u=964&sid=091b3c78c4695ea59230e07fb2bdddf4 shows the director as being someone called Clive at clivec420@hotmail.com.
Thus confirming the Clive at Northleach.

Strangely, neither BT nor Thomweb has a listing for G7comms.

Thanks for that, doing a search on www.qrz.com gives Clive G7IVR's email address at clivec6600@02.co.uk, alas, still no phone number, wonder what his surname is?
