No, the number is for BT Group Headquarters. They could not tell me the number for BT Click & Buy!!

There are numerous pages in Google giving numbers for people at this BT office.

So the numbers always seem to start 01442 296
Therefore I suggest trying 01442 296 000 to see if it's the switchboard. Finding the number for Click&Buy might be a case of trying 1000 numbers...
