Do Premium Rate Numbers also have Geographic numbers and if so, where can they be found? I've searched this site and can't find info about this.

The answer is yes, they will have geographical numbers, as they work in the same way (technically) as 08 numbers. I think that there is the odd one listed in the database, but in general this website is not about finding the underlying geographicals for premium rate 09 numbers as they are, in most cases, justified as they pay for a service.
