Hi

Trying to find the geographical number for T-mobile hotspot customer services. The number they give is 08454 122 526 - I keep holding, listening to the music and getting cut off.

I tried filling in the form on this page but kept getting errors (the latest reply being: Sorry, there is a problem with the survey at this time. Please try again later) which is why I wondered if anyone had a telephone number for them (the 0845 number was on hold with music for a few minutes and then hung up on me) - will keep trying (update - got an answer on the 0845 number)

Hi There!

If it helps I have the main reception number for T-Mobile, when you get through just ask to be transferred to customer services and they will pop you though. This is a 9-5 number obviously. If you have free minutes it will save a fortune on calls.

Thanks - we do have minutes on mobiles and as it is likely we will be on mobile when using this service it is useful. I finally got through on the 0845 number but will remember this for the future.
