0845 300 4437

Moneyback Bank is a trading name, and is really just a sub-brand of Alliance & Leicester.

For a personal loan, they say the call can last up to 15 minutes. Which from a mobile is not cheap, especially as it'd be included in my monthly allowance if it was a normal geographical number... >:(

On the page for loan protection, they have the following number for "general enquiries or a complaint":
0116 242 0009
Perhaps they might put you through (although this is Alliance and Leicester we are talking about...)

One of the domain names they own, mbbank.org, also has the following number in its whois entry:
0116 200 2440

I actually waited long enough, and they called me instead...

I'll be using that general number though if I have to call, and I'll report back on my success.
