Yes, it will begin with 0...

Now, perhaps you could have a look at the instructions for posting a request as it says that you should post useful information such as an address for the company and a website address.

CarSelect are part of Lloyds TSB/Blackhorse Finance.

Their address is: CarSelect, PO Box 250, Cardiff CF10 5UD which turns out to be St William Ho, Tressillian Wy, Cardiff. Their main switchboard is 029 2029 6000 - good luck tryying to get through to them, they are not very forthcoming when calling as they like you to dial the 0870

Thank you for your help. As you say, they are not happy at use of landline no....I've found their website now...perhaps I'll use that. For information, it's www.carselect.co.uk.

Tried to call them today (Saturday) on 0870 240 0505 and eventually found that this is a Monday to Friday service only. The address is as follows:

PO Box 250
Cardiff CF10 5UD

Can anyone provide a geographical number - as I hate 0870 numbers !!!

I have joined your post to the existing thread on this company. As you can see the main switchboard has been posted, 029 2029 6000. Try that and let us know how you get on.

Yes, thans - the switchboard put me through but ther agents are still busy so I have had to leave a message. The switchboard very kindly gave the the direct number for Car Select Customer Retentions, but it was an 0870 number ! ;)
