I notice that Telecom Plus ( Utility Warehouse) are changing their Geographical Customer Service Number to an 0871, 10p one, from 1/10/2006.

But they will only charge 5p to call it if calling from a Telecom Plus line. How nice of them. :-?

Yet another 0871 rip off!!!! >:(

The switchboard number for Utility Warehouse is 0208 955 5000

Despite the "receptionist's" assertion that she could not put me through to customer services ahe eventually did after my 10th call and a request to speak to the managing director. Usual tactics of diverting to answerphone etc.. tried first but persistence paid.
