As has already been pointed out to you on the MSE site. Its a Voip service  you are promoting where you make calls from your PC. Therefore you cant make x-net calls from it anyway.

The cheapest way to call UK Mobiles from a landline or from an O2 contract phone is to
use www.cheapchatuk.co.uk 3p a minute 0844 access number.

Have tried the cheapestchat number to get to a Hungarian mobile.
Sorry to report that the price of 3p per min is fantastic, but the service is cr*p.
So faint I could hardly hear her, and she definately couldn't hear me.
Tried several times, and twice it rang her end, she answered, and I had nothing at all my end.
I'll try again another day, as all these services do suffer the odd fault.
But at this moment I wouldn't personally recommend them.

I have just used the 0844 5991 348 number to make a 3p per minute daytime call and the line quality was excellent with no interference.

Forget Cheapchat, they have upped the price to 20p per minute. :(

Actually those Voipcheap rates are in €uro cents, so slightly under 5 pence a minute
