Hi

I am having a problem with kiddicare.com and need to speak to them - the number they list is 0906 170 2999  but when you call the alternative number in the lists it goes through to a general number not the customer services.

Does anyone have an alternative number to this as I dont really want to pay £1.50 a minute to sort out a problem they caused!

yes - its always a standard reply that is really frustrating - I need to try and speak to someone.

No, it hasn't changed.  You've decided to charge potential customers (remember that word - the people who are always right?) for calling you.  

With any luck, none will and you'll go out of business as a result of your blatantly cynical move.

I wont touch them again, but i really need to talk to them when i called on 0871 number, i was informed of expected hold for 17 minutes at least, thats a rip off (£1.70) for a call whose result may or may not be favourable.

Can anyone of the gurus out there find this number at all, please

It looks as if you are out of luck with a geographical number.

However go to

Fill in the form and ask them to phone you back as you refuse to pay their rip of telephone number.

Worth a try and let us know how you get on.

i have sent them an email lets see what will be the result. I hate this company and every company which makes communication impossible.

We have an existing request thread for Kiddicare.com and I have joined yours to it. You will see above that they prefer not to speak on the phone (or at least they did in 2006 when I copied the text).

The number used then was 0906 170 2999, charged at £1.50 pence per minute from a BT landline.

There is one entry in the database for Kiddicare, which no one has apparently picked up on:

The "Kiddiecare.com Automated Information Line" which is 01733 352155 and is also on 201869. I suggest the 01733 2018xx area is the place to look...
