Does anyone know of a Geo number for Insurance Claims Dept of Flexicover Direct please?
I have tried the ones listd on here but been told they cannot (or wont?) put me through to Claims Dept. and only gave another 0870 number.  Was given 0870 7375818 and told to go to option 2. Any help please, these folks do not even answer my email asking about my claim!. thanks meb

What is the address for the claims department?

What company underwrites the Flexicover policy? Is it Europ Assistance?

Address is 109 Elmers End Rd.  Beckenham  KENT  BR3 4SY.
Flexicover is I think part of annualpolicy.com and  underwritten (I think) by Europ assistance. hope this helps.  meb

These numbers are shown in the database as being for travel insurance. What sort of insurance policy is it that your claim relates to?

That's a different address to the one quoted here on Flexicover's website:

The 0870 number is the one you quote, so perhaps it goes through to this address and not the Elmers End Road one.

The number you tried was an 020 one, and 109 Elmers Road will have an 020 nunber, so perhaps 02086768432 is at Elmers End Road. A search of 192.com for that address reveals that Citybond Holdings Plc are based there.

A search of RH16 1DN on 192.com reveals some entries for Europ Assistance with 01444 numbers. Also, search the database for Europ Assistance and you will find some numbers there.
