Nildram ISP has a different telephone number for their LLU Support desk.
0870 386 0400 is the advertised number. Have been unable to "capture" geographic number. I want to contact them because my ADSL line has been disabled since being migrated to LLU exchange h/w! |

Have you tried the numbers in the database for Nildram?

Hi Dave,
I have been using the numbers in the database for a while; the guys on the end of the phone indicate that it is not possible to make contact with the LLU team from their telephones. They further suggest that there is no geographic telephone number available! I am a bit upset because they are charging me double - esp when you consider that I subscribe to a Nildram voice product as well!!!! At this rate I'll be changing my ISP sooner rather than later... shame, cos they've been reasonable for me. Come on back, LordLanky. |
