Hi, I use Red House (the home of children's books) regularly and I cannot find a geographical number for them. If anyone knows it I would be grateful. www.redhouse.co.uk. The only give out 0870 number.

Bangor is a PO Box, shared with others. But 192 lists

A look for The Book People shows they share the same PO Box, and also gives

This is an interesting one.

Dave noticed in this thread they had similar things in common with other book clubs like www.richardandjudybookclub.co.uk and the The Book People Ltd.

I noticed the Book People had same postcode (near enough) as Red House Books.

A website trace shows it is registered as:

Suite 17
St James Court
Wilderspool Causeway
Warrington
Cheshire
WA4 6PS

Although this could be wrong.

I suspect they are part of some big group and share the same contact centre, etc as the book companies mentioned above.

Dave mentioned in his post (in the link above) some numbers that could be tried but I'm at work at the moment so can't try any.

Indeed, there is a link to Red House Books and Richard & Judy Book Club on the Book People website.

If you look at my post on the R&J Book Club thread you will see that I dialled through some of Book People's numbers and that Red House is on 01248 679380 and 01248 679388. ;)

Please let us know whether this does the trick or not. :)
