What is the purpose of this number (I'm not phoning it to find out)?

Perhaps you could read the instructions for posting a request.

There are a couple of entries in the database for this number. Have you tried those?

I do apologise.
It is Nat West's Banking Service dealing with customer enquiries etc.

I did put in Nat West, National Westminster Bank and the 0845 number (all separately), but there were no hits.

Ah, that's it then: the entries are in as NatWest (with no space).

The phone number search works though. Are you entering it into the phone number search and not the company name search?

Doesn't matter. Will work with or without.

The NatWest website gives a different geog. number for 0845 605 1605 from what is in the database

From the website:

24-hour telephone service
0845 605 1605
International +44 (0) 127 439 4611

(dial 0127 439 4611)

Please come back and let us know which geog. number worked so that the database can be updated if necessary.
